Our pricing is designed to meet your needs with low hourly rates and Pre-Paid Service Plans (PSP) to save you money:

On-site service calls are only $105.00 per hour plus a $45.00 local arrival charge (one hour minimum). You can also choose to bring your computer to our office for repair or diagnostics. We offer comprehensive diagnostics for the low fee of $20.00 and should you choose to have Caliber Technology Group, Inc repair your computer this fee will be included in our normal hourly bench rate of $52.50.

Our 12-Unit Pre-Paid Service Plan is $1210. Buying it eliminates the $45.00 local arrival charge which could save you up to $540.00 off of our normal prices (depending on number of trips).

Our 24-Unit Pre-Paid Service Plan is $2,394.00. It also eliminates the $45.00 local arrival charge and saves you about 5% off of our normal hourly rates. One of these packages could save you up to $1080.00 (depending on number of trips).

Our 36-Unit Pre-Paid Service Plan is $3,515.00. The $45.00 local arrival charge is eliminated on this plan as well and saves you about 9% off of our normal hourly rates. One of these packages could save you up to $1,620.00 (depending on number of trips).

Pre-Paid Service Plans (PSP) never expire and are fully refundable for the unused units.
